or YOGA OF SOUND is "The way to unity with the help of sound" and is regarded in India as one of the highest ways to self-realization.

For me it is the most beautiful and at the same time the most diverse method to get into the body, to train your own voice, to recharge your batteries and at the same time to really let go and relax.

The mix of music, pranayama (breath), asanas (postures), integrative and energetic vocal exercises (vowel tones, singing, mantras) enable psycho-physical hygiene in everyday life as well as activation of self-healing powers in a very simple way.

Natural procedures and exercises based on ancient traditions contribute to the development of vocal, physical and mental-spiritual aspects.
